Our Service Methodology
1. Perform a needs assessment by examining the following:
- What is the status of the leadership of the financial department? Review qualifications, experience, time with client.
- Explore relationship with lender or other funding source.
- How confident is management with information generated by its financial and other business systems?
- How timely is financial information generated and released to managers?.
- What is the status of the business' cash flow cycle? How predictable is the business' cash flow?
- Has the company historically had significant adjustments made to its financial statements?
- Does the business have a budgeting process? How does the budget link to the business' strategic operating plan?
2. Make recommendation of a proposed service program
3. Develop and communicate service program
4. Implement service program
5. Manage services rendered to client. Regularly communicate progress and challenges to client.
